Ingredients
Hot coffee:
150 ml
Irish whiskey:
4 cl
Brown sugar:
1 tsp
Whipped cream:
A dollop
Instructions
- 1. Brew a strong and robust coffee.
- 2. Pour the hot coffee into a clear glass.
- 3. Add the Irish whiskey to the coffee.
- 4. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
- 5. Gently pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon to float on top of the coffee and whiskey mixture.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
